Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Unopened and unused products, including supplements, are eligible when the original seal is intact and the original packaging and proof of purchase are available. Discounted products follow the same return conditions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, ISSO pays the shipping costs for the return and any replacement and will arrange an exchange or refund.

Opened products

Opened or consumed products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If there is a defect or other product issue, contact us so we can assess it and arrange the appropriate remedy.

How to request a return

Email info@isso.live with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please contact us before sending products back.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time. Please contact us if your refund has not arrived within 15 business days after approval.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including Korean consumer law and the European Union's statutory 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. Mandatory legal rights and refund deadlines take precedence over this policy.

반품 및 환불 안내

상품 수령 후 30일 이내에 반품을 요청할 수 있습니다. 영양제를 포함한 미개봉·미사용 상품은 밀봉이 훼손되지 않고 원래 포장과 구매 증빙이 있는 경우 반품 가능합니다. 할인 상품에도 동일한 반품 조건이 적용됩니다.

반품 배송비

단순 변심 반품의 배송비는 고객이 부담합니다. 상품 불량·파손·오배송은 ISSO가 반품 및 교환 배송비를 부담하며, 교환 또는 환불을 진행합니다.

개봉한 상품

개봉하거나 섭취한 상품은 단순 변심으로 반품할 수 없습니다. 다만 상품 불량 등 문제가 있는 경우에는 별도로 확인하여 적절한 교환·환불을 안내합니다.

반품 신청 방법

주문번호와 반품 사유를 info@isso.live로 보내주세요. 반품 주소와 배송 방법을 안내해 드립니다. 상품을 보내기 전에 먼저 연락해 주세요.

환불 처리

반품 상품을 수령하고 확인한 후 결과를 안내합니다. 승인된 환불은 원래 결제 수단으로 영업일 기준 10일 이내에 처리하며, 관련 법령에서 더 짧은 기한을 정한 경우 해당 기한을 따릅니다. 은행이나 카드사의 반영에는 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 승인 후 영업일 기준 15일이 지나도 환불되지 않으면 연락해 주세요.

법정 소비자 권리

이 정책은 한국의 소비자 보호 관련 법령 및 해당되는 경우 유럽연합의 14일 청약철회권 등 관련 법령에 따른 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 법령에서 정한 소비자 권리와 환불 기한이 이 정책보다 우선합니다.
